Sweden
In Sweden (in Swedish language often called homestyling), professional home staging has become popular after 2000. Professional home stagers claim that this gives around 10 % higher price compared to just cleaning the home. It has been somewhat controversial, both because professional home staging is claimed hardly to pay off the cost of it, and also because sellers pay more for nothing (furniture is not included in the purchase).
